About Lillstreet Art Center
Lillstreet Art Center offers workshops and classes in ceramic, metal smithing & jewelry, textiles, digital arts & photography, painting & drawing, printmaking, and courses for children through Kidstreet. Second Session of classes begin May 2nd and summer classes begin the week of June 6th.
On June 4th at the Chicago Cultural Center (78 East Washington Street), Lillstreet Art Center will demonstrate Pottery Throwing. Lillstreet's long-established clay department offers classes for the total beginner, casual novice or advanced student. Watch as Lillstreet instructors demonstrates how to throw large pots and explain the basics of hand-building and wheel-throwing.
